Here is the third part of the adventure of Mr Crab and Mr Monkey!

3 | に | ni | Enclictic particle: {destination}. Indicates that what precedes is the destination of a movement. |

5 | .なって いる | …natte iru | Verb: なる – to become なって いる – indicates an ongoing action. “became and is still in that state” |
6 | [おいしそう な…なって いる] 木(き) | [oishisou … natte iru] ki | […] attributive adjective for the tree. “A tree that…” |
7 | みつけた | mitsuketa | Verb: みつける – to find, to discover |

9 | とって おくれ | totte okure | Verb: とる – to take Verb: おくる – to give, to offer (to me) おくれ indicates an imperative とって おくれ the って form is used to indicate a succession of verbs, and the forma and tense of the verbs is given by the latest one. So here both verbs are imperative and the meaning is “take and give me” |

カニさんは、サルさんのところにいきました。
「サルさんサルさん、おいしそうなかきがたくさんなっている木をみつけたよ。
でも、ぼくは木にのぼれないから、サルさんとっておくれよ」
「いいよ、カニさん、たくさんとってあげるよ」
サルさんは、カニさんにあんないされて、かきの木のところへいきました。
「ほんとうだ。おいしそうなかきがたくさんなってるね。
ちょっとまっておくれ。
いま、のぼってとってあげるから」
サルさんは、スルスルとかきの木にのぼっていきました。
そして、おいしそうなかきのみをとると、むしゃむしゃむしゃむしゃたべました。
「うーん。これはおいしいかきだ あまいあまい、いくらでもたべられるぞ」
サルさんは、そういいながらいくつもいくつもじゅくしたかきをとってはたべとってはたべました。
Mr Crab went to Mr Monkey’s place.
“Mr Monkey, Mr Monkey! I found a tree that put out many tasty looking fruits! But, since I can’t climb to trees, can you pick them and give them to me, Mr Monkey!?”
“All right, Mr Crab, I will get many and give them to you!”
Mr Monkey, under the guidance of Mr Crab, went to the place where the kaki tree was.
“You were true. There seems to have grown many tasty kaki fruits. Wait a moment, I will climb and get some for you.”
Mr Monkey climbed swiftly into the kaki tree. Then, he took a tasty looking kaki fruit, and crunched on it.
“Yeah! It’s a really good kaki, so sweet, one would it those without stopping.”
And while he was saying this, Mr Monkey was taking and eating and taking and eating many many ripe kaki fruits.
